Tigers Under 16's team is an established team playing in their 8th season with the club. The team has a strong squad of players and are developing well as a team, they are continuing to learn the game and play friendly football matches in the Horsham & District Youth Football League.

Team and skills development
Our aim is to provide our young players with an opportunity to learn the rules and skills required to play football in a fun and enjoyable environment. Players will play fun matches against other small sided teams affiliated to the Horsham & District Youth Football League. Training focuses on skills development, learning to play as a team, understanding the laws of the game, taking an active part in the game, developing fitness and is aimed at players of all abilities.
Standards
All our managers are qualified to FA Level 1 Standard and all our coaches or volunteers are CRB checked. The club follows a Code of Conduct and subscribes to The Football Association’s Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures.
